As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, placing, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates for short- and long-term positions across New Zealand and Australia. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals and clients to understand their needs, ensuring the right match for each placement. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, while providing ongoing support to both candidates and clients.
