Lismore Base Hospital is a regional referral Level 5 base hospital with state-of-the-art operating theatre suite, ICU/CCU, imaging, Cardiac Cath Lab and most major specialties and subspecialties. The Lismore Base Hospital Emergency Department is a comprehensive level 5 Emergency Department and is the designated Trauma Centre for Northern NSW with on-site roof top helipad as part of our Retrieval Service.

The Specialist will be required to cover Monday to Friday and any rostered after hours on call requirements which may include Saturday and Sunday. There will be clinics scheduled in this period. Experience in Breast and Haematological malignancies preferred.

We will provide accommodation if available, hire car and reimburse reasonable flights if required.

Please ensure any locum presented for our consideration is job ready and has current NSW working with children clearance, national criminal record clearance, evidence of vaccination/immunisation and has completed all mandatory training modules including eMR and eMEDS prior to commencement.
