Reviewing patients in an inpatient, community CAMHS setting or ED ensuring appropriate referral to the relevant
team.
– Ensuring that all reports and forms required under the government legislation are completed legally and within the
required timeframes.
– Assessment along with a clinician/ consultant of new clients and their families/carers referred to the service
– An active role in delivering short term evidence based treatment to clients of the service and participating in the
management of these clients and their families/carers.
– Involvement in developing relationships with governmental and non-governmental agencies involved in the treatment
of clients and families under their care
– Ensuring appropriate transfer of care arrangements for all clients and families under their care in collaboration with
Team Leader and team members
– Completing discharge summaries within required time frames
