Doctors with extensive Australian ED experience (at least 3 years) involving in-charge and supervising roles
Doctors with proven airway and paediatric resuscitation experience
Doctors with excellent references
Doctors able to see at least 10 patients per shift, ideally 20 patients per shift when busy
