Friday 6 Nov: 1900 – 0700 offsite on call
Saturday 7 Nov – Monday 9 Nov : 0700-0700 – 0700 – 1900 onsite on call, then 1900 – 0700 offsite on call
Monday 9 Nov: 0700 – 1900 onsite and on call > Handover to incoming on call Surgeon.
$1000 daily for 12hour shifts (Friday and Tuesday)
$2000 daily for 24hour shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
