Thursday 24 Dec – Monday 11 Jan : 0700-0700 – 0700 – 1900 onsite on call, then 1900 – 0700 offsite on call
Monday 11 Jan: 0700 – 1900 onsite and on call > Handover to incoming on call Surgeon.
$1500 daily for 12hour shifts (Friday and Tuesday)
$2500 daily for 24hour shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
