Job Description
As we continue to grow, we are seeking another Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team. (Christchurch or Brisbane based)
You will provide key support to our Sales team. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the Recruitment Consultants by:
- Generating leads for new placements
- Marketing to new and existing candidates
- Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and social platforms
- Performing various administrative tasks
- Engaging with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful placements
